Great customer service and beautiful pieces
I’m not a fan of traditional mall style jewelry experiences. From the moment we stepped in on Christmas Eve, I felt extremely welcomed. Kathy and Savannah were so sweet and kind. Legitimately from start to finish, their smile and kindness made me want to be a customer for life. At no point did they make us feel like we weren’t spending enough. Susan and Kuhns are Top Notch. She is knowledgeable, has a decent selection, is reasonably priced. I’ve been a longtime customer, and I appreciate our relationship.
Brought my watch to get it resized, got a call 2 days after that it was ready so I went to pick it up but it was still loose. So I left it back there to get one more link out. Took me next week to get a call again, picked it up but they literally didn't touch my watch. No changes at all.
