I’m not a fan of traditional mall style jewelry experiences. From the moment we stepped in on Christmas Eve, I felt extremely welcomed. Kathy and Savannah were so sweet and kind. Legitimately from start to finish, their smile and kindness made me want to be a customer for life. At no point did they make us feel like we weren’t spending enough. My husband and I were new to Maryland, and we needed to have some adjustments made on several pieces of jewelry. We were referred to Kuhns's Jewelers by a neighbor. We are so pleased with the work we had done. I would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Susan and Kuhns are Top Notch. She is knowledgeable, has a decent selection, is reasonably priced. I’ve been a longtime customer, and I appreciate our relationship.

Brought my watch to get it resized, got a call 2 days after that it was ready so I went to pick it up but it was still loose. So I left it back there to get one more link out. Took me next week to get a call again, picked it up but they literally didn't touch my watch. No changes at all. Definitely wasted my time, had to leave it again with no calls till now (a week more now). Very upset, I go to SU so wanted to save some time traveling to the mall but that was my mistake. Had a watch steel bracelet resized here, took a few days but was affordable, only costing me $8. I'm taking another watch to them for the same reason.
