Very rude employee and didn't know how to operate the computer system. When I asked if she was a new employee she said she had worked there for 30 years. Then I thought maybe it was a new system but she said it was the same system since the day she started. How can a 30 year employee not know how to operate the computer system without asking for help.
Walked in and ordered a last minute bouquet. They by far exceeded expectations
