AVOID!!!! Rudest staff on the planet. Refused to even serve me because I wasn’t spending enough money in her shop. She even confirmed this and told me to go further down the street to someone else who would see me for a repair in one nail. She physically put her hands on my shoulders and walked me out the door!!! I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life. For context there were 3 staff members doing absolutely nothing just standing around. Disgusting.
I never leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I came in asking about acrylics and a pedicure and repeatedly asked for the prices before agreeing to anything. Instead of giving me a clear answer, the staff was very vague and handed me a menu that only listed pedicure prices at $65 for just filing and regular polish on the toes, with an additional $25 for gel only after they had already seated me in the pedicure chair. Terrible got French tip nails broke the next day. They also charged way more than the sign.
I went here while on vacation. I got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. It is now a month later and my nails still are in great shape other than the grow out. No lifting at all! The girls working were super nice and funny too! An over all great experience.
One of the worst polish jobs I have ever had--very uneven and not shiny. I was planning on making this my monthly spot since moving to Oahu from Kona, but even though the younger lady last month did an awesome job, this time was a waste of $68 + $12 tip. An older woman, though very sweet, seemed rushed as the end even though I was the only customer. I ended up going to Target to buy nail polish remover so my toes don't look like I have Play-Doh on them. I will not be back. And next week is my 50th birthday so I'm extra bumme... read more
