Horrible. Had an appointment for 10am and waited over an hour to be seen. Waiting room has no ac, no windows you can open and a cheap little fan circulating stale hot air. New patient paperwork is NOT online, so you have to fill it out in person. I am going to find a new dentist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Mah and his team have been giving the runaround with my grandma for over a year now. My grandma had to extract all her teeth, so she’s been waiting a very long time for her dentures. This has affected her quality of life significantly, as not only can she not eat solid foods but she can’t even go out with her friends because she’s so self conscious. Believe all these 1 Star reviews. I’m sure they’d be 0’s if they could and fully expect this place to pack up and disappear overnight in a u-haul. The kicker for me is that, as far as I can tell, they’re taking x-rays in an effectively open room. I got 10 but at least I had the lead sheet on. The sole precaution was the person stepping out of the cubicle and announcing ‘X-Ray’ each time. If you’ve ever worked here or been a frequent patient/visitor better get those cancer screenings going!

Ran up an $18,000 bill with their dental lab and never paid. Cases sat for months before being delivered to patients due to non payment of lab bills.

Expect one hour+ waits, every time. One time - even being the first appointment of the day - I waited for a hour just to be told they did not have my crown in. I prepaid full price for my son’s braces to have the orthodontist repeatedly cancel last minute, not schedule follow ups and then use my son with dental students (without consent). The dentist, Dr Ma, recommends procedures that are not needed but does it in such a kind way that you go along and trust him.
