Tried to make an appointment today and was told the office is already closed. The young man who answered the phone was very rude.

Excellent staff, very clean, I felt like they actually cared. However the wait was about 45 minutes... a bit much.
This office was very unprofessional. The women at the front desk are very rude and have no interest in their patients. I was called in the examination room where I was examined for a total of one minute. Having never been to a dermatologist I didn’t know what to expect. I felt rushed out of the room and the office. My sister had seen another doctor previously and had a 15 minute thorough examination which did not reflect mine at all. I called the office and was directed to the supervisor who belittled me and made me feel as ... read more
