If you are looking for a management company this is not the one. So far 2.5 months of not being able to live in my house because the management company does not now how to communicate with the hoa insurance company. No follow up to let me know what is going on with progress, will not return phone calls, management could care less about your problems. No apologies for dropping the ball on making the claim and causing me to be without a place to live.
I would give it a zero if possible. Our once happy community has been torn apart and most do not trust management or the board anymore.. It is no longer about respect of our governing documents or the owners best interests. It us about the money.
WARNING !!Kuester will operate ILLEGALLY AND FINE YOU FOR THINGS NOT in your CCRS and till you threaten to get a lawyer involved they will continue to fine you ILLEGALLY . not to mention never answer phones respond to emails and just flat out lie . So glad our community is DONE with them!!
Harassing.. seem to want to pick on families with young children. As well as those who can’t afford to pay professionals to maintain their properties and do it themselves, if it’s not up to their standards, you get a violation , can’t work in your driveway, fines are ridiculous.. if I could give minus rating I would . The whole community they manage is in a total uproar. No transparency. Current meeting minutes are not available. HOA board doesn’t seem to agree on what the home owners want. Way too aggressive with violations and fines, if you let them manage your neighborhood be prepared for a lot of upset neighbors. They will fire at you for anything from grass growing under a bush to a small stain on a driveway that has been cleaned.
