They are intentionally rude and disregarding of homeowners. They don’t answer requests. They violate the law and open homeowners up to fines. They don’t protect the safety or interests of the homeowners. The only thing they do is increase dues to inflate their fees. They don’t listen, because they don’t care. This is the worst management group! They give you violations for not cutting your grass at the beginning of the month because they only ride around once to check. Also the grass doesn’t even grow. It’s all weeds! Additionally the pool doesn’t open until the end of May and closes the beginning of September. What is the annual $800+ HOA fee for?! They lock the pool gates and you can’t get in until they see fit and claim a life guard needs to be on duty for the kids. What about the ppl with no kids?! Awful management group. I w... read more
I tried very hard to give Kuester the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, after a year of owning a home in a Kuester managed neighborhood, I must report that this is potentially the worst client service I have ever experienced. 0 stars.
Kuester is literally the worst. If I could give negative stars I would. I did move from the HOA neighborhood but it was mostly because of them. I was on the board for 4 years, serving as VP and President. Tamra was our community manager. She is the most incompetent person I have ever met. Her emails always had spelling and grammar issues. I would ask her questions, she would give me an answer, and then later say she didn't say that, when I had it in writing! I complained to her manager, Chris, who did nothing.
