This management company does not take care of repairs in a timely manner. Our mailbox room has been down for over a week and they have no eta on when it will be fixed and no one is getting their mail. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! We pay way to much for this be of concern.
HORRIBLE COMPANY WHO BULLIES HOME OWNERS AND MAKES IT HARD TO ENJOY THEIR HOME AFTER YOU SIGN PAPERS. THEY VIOLATE EVERYTHING YOU DO INCLUDING PARKING IN YOUR OWN DRIVEWAY AND OFFER NO VIABLE SOLUTIONS.
There are no publicly available community documents about the HOA, what is their CCR and what they charge you for. Feel like it’s scam.
A company that is the best in discriminating people and they give violations and process work orders based on your race. The way they speak to a home owners is just terrible.
