If they manage a property you’re interested in buying DO NOT BUY IT. There only goal is to harass and milk every dollar they can. They also never believe a fee should be reversed even when you prove it does not apply to your property
I have been waiting several months to have an old tire (trash) removed from a park in our neighborhood. We are talking over a dozen emails etc, telling me they're looking into the situation and/or someone will get back to me with an update. How is this company still in business? It's laughable how bad they are at their job. I'd rather them straight up tell me that they're not going fix the problem rather than giving the false hope they give. Feels like I'm getting punked by Kuester it's so unbelievable.
Very very unprofessional HOA management company. Don’t do any work and try to arm twist and bully residents by threatening to impose fines. Homeowners should be very vary of this company- there are much better options out there.
