I have been waiting several months to have an old tire (trash) removed from a park in our neighborhood. We are talking over a dozen emails etc, telling me they're looking into the situation and/or someone will get back to me with an update. How is this company still in business? It's laughable how bad they are at their job. I'd rather them straight up tell me that they're not going fix the problem rather than giving the false hope they give. Feels like I'm getting punked by Kuester it's so unbelievable.
Very very unprofessional HOA management company. Don’t do any work and try to arm twist and bully residents by threatening to impose fines. Homeowners should be very vary of this company- there are much better options out there.
This is your typical 'easy to hate HOA' who raise rates at will, provide poor customer service and worst of all allow parasitic tow cos. to roam the property and steal cars out of parking spots for little or no reason. This was a result of an illogical unnecessary parking policy in an area with ample parking for all. They ignored feedback and made life harder for residents in the name of feeling like they did something. Look elsewhere for an HOA.
I truly can't imagine a worse management company. Seriously, this company couldn't be any worse... they do not resolve issues. They keep telling they're looking into it... until months go by and you eventually give up. THE WORST!!!
