I called the company on 6-29-20 and because of the virus you have 2 choices: 1) Leave a voicemail message or use a special phone number they provide and leave a text message. This backup plan worked nicely because they got back to me quickly, what a surprise! Also, Kuespert found me a possible future home insurance policy for $622 per year.
