No customer service at all! Phone number is disconnected, no way to contact. They have been overcharging late fees, with no way to dispute! No Office staff, no up keep. Do not store your belongings here!
Place gets robbed about nightly. The office staff have no idea how to do anything and you'll wait to speak to them as they finish telling stories to each other. The new guy that works there is the only positive thing they have going.
Ive had a storage for about 5 yrs now and im happy the price hasnt gone up. Ever since michael came aboard everything goes better and easy to connect with Michael to make payments.Michael is awesome, always helpful and informative. Thank you Michael!!
I like the storage units but have been broke into recently. They need a better security company . But I've im never had a problem with staff and they finally are getting on top of the wild wood rats off the river who like a cozy storage unit .
