Unfortunately, we feel the services did not meet expectations due to significant issues with organization, communication, and oversight. On the day of the service, there were multiple missteps: the priest began early before the family was fully present, the casket was closed abruptly without clear communication, and the service itself lacked direction, leaving family and guests uncertain of the order of events. I expected better.
During a difficult time, Kuehl-Nicolay made the process of planning and facilitating my Dads services flawless. Melissa was very accommodating and understanding in every step of the process from beginning to end! (Cremation arrangements, Rosary, Prayer cards, flowers, Projector for slide show just everything we needed) she is the Best!! In the future they will be our selected Mortuary to take care of all of our funeral needs.
Competent and helpful. A bit expensive for the services provided.
