Affordable housing, great caretakers and friendly community. The staff always work with you as long as you keep them informed. Its been a great place to live for years and I haven't had any problems. Thank you Kuefler Properties!

Terrible Experience with Kuefler Properties – Itasca Apartments I applied for housing at Itasca Apartments in Park Rapids, expecting to find support from what is supposed to be low-income housing for people in need. Instead, I was denied housing because of “too much credit card debt,” despite being disabled, unable to work, and currently relying on government general assistance and SNAP benefits.
