I now know why they call it the ZU, this gym is full of beasts and animals. What a great crossfit experience to start off 2019. I was invited to come to a Saturday workout by one of their members Connor while I was on my shift at Lululemon. Little did I know Connor set me up for one of the most grueling yet fun workouts I have ever been a part of. I arrived to find we were doing a Partner 25min.
