I would not recommend this business. The woman who owns this service feels that it is appropriate to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment for such trivial reasons like one of her cleaners has broken a nail. On another occasion she wanted to reschedule my prearranged morning appointment to start at 5pm because another client was unwell. However when I wanted to cancel a cleaning appointment due to a serious and extremely painful health condition, I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of 50%! KUDOS Cleaning came and completely revived a poorly treated student rental. When they were finished I couldn't believe my eyes, they did a better job then I could have ever imagined. Everything was expertly cleaned and fresh, I was beyond impressed. Worth every penny.
