I have always found Kudos to perform to their utmost ability to deliver my projects in a timely and professional manner. They have been very courteous and very patient to respond to my queries and documentations even though at times my documentation can be insufficient. Once final inspection and normal rectification have been carried out, OC is issued asap. All my clients including project managers are happy and pleased with Kudos.

After a few months of follow up, finally my home extension is certified by Kudos. These are genuine certification professionals, and they are very busy. They may need to hire more staff to help speed up processes.
Steer clear of Kudos Building Certification, Tony Truong avoids your calls, is non responsive (taking months to respond, if you even get a response) to emails, text messages and any form of communication. Kudos are a significant time loss risk to any project, and I would never use them again. Due to the non response we had to change certifiers, incurred significant extra costs and it delayed our project.
