I love the staff!! Very helpful and knowledgeable.. Ms.Lisa that does the labs is amazing! Great customer service and truly amazing at what she does.
Had an appointment to see a doctor for a check up. I was not seen by a doctor instead a practitioner nurse. She ordered bloodwork that needed my insurance’s approval. And did it without there consent now I’m stuck with the bill since my insurance will not pay.
Dr. Alexandra Ly is the ABSOLUTE Best! My wife and I love her so much. She is super genuine and always takes good care of us. I needed my brand new glasses adjusted today and she got me into the office in between her busy schedule. She saved me on two eye emergencies too and was dead on with treatment to get me better. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and I truly enjoy going to the office to see her as she puts a smile on my face. Thanks Doc! You have a beautiful family too.
Although they do have good service, they don’t tell you about some fees until it’s time to pay so definitely be ready for some extra charges.
