My truck died on the interstate. I limped it to Kudick on a Friday afternoon. They squeezed me in on no notice and diagnosed the truck. It required parts that were on a nationwide backorder, and I was midway on a road trip pulling a trailer, so this was problematic. They helped me find a rental that could pull my trailer, got all the parts ordered, and kept me updated on the status until the day the truck was finished.
