Buying a car from a trusted dealer is only a part of what makes me like the dealer. Having a reliable and trustworthy service center is even more important. Kudick has both!
Wife took her 2025 Blazer in for warranty work which we brought the vehicle from this dealership being a hometown dealership. They scratched the paint down to the metal and messed up the front bumper. The customer service was the worst experience for my wife. Seemed as she was bothering them for being there. I guess if you stop going there and this continues with every customer it won’t be a hometown dealership anymore.

I had high hopes for this dealership, and the initial communication was responsive as we coordinated a long-distance purchase from Michigan. Unfortunately, the experience fell short on vehicle condition and post-sale support.
