Very clean, very polite staff
Very clean and professional. I appreciated the advice of a doctor and the laser was set well
Great experience! Staff was very friendly. The only downside is that parking can be tricky/pricey there but that is common with anyplace in that area.

Wonderfully accommodating front office staff, professional and knowledgable. Content experts in the back very pleasant and made me feel welcomed like I had been going there for years although it was my first time. Will recommend to others, be weary of belltown no parking only downside.
So far, it is a nice facility with good service. We'll see how it continues.
I've only gone to the first of my six appointments but my impression is very favorable so far. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my first treatment went really well. I was impressed enough that after my first treatment I purchased another service.

Everyone at Kucumber Skin Lounge is very friendly and professional. I have been in there twice now and both visits were great. The staff is attentive and really listens if I have questions, and they do a great job explaining procedures. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional skin treatment.
