Stay away from this place! These are awful crooks that will steal your money and cause you a lot of aggravation and stress. It is unbelievable to me that this people get away with what they're doing! Actually this law firm deserves a ZERO star rating. This is a fraudulent law firm. They steal money from you up front. They will excessively lie to you. They'll make promises that your loan mod is in final review and that you'll receive an answer in a package in "overnight delivery." They don't like to return calls. Also, you don't even work with an attorney! It is done by a processor, one is named Sarah Bonner who is a nasty, crude woman. I hired Kuscan and McCrea in March 2009 paid them $1995 for a loan modification. They preapproved me. After 16 MONTHS Kuscan and McCrea closed my case and I got nothing. Follow their suggestions like (it would be in my interest not to make any further monthly payments) I got ruined credit history and new debts. I would not recommend them to anyone. Kuscan and McCrea is the most unprofessional law firm. The attorneys never talks to you. You can only talk with the representative which does not know what to do. I had 5 of them.... read more
