This company is very poorly run, so many family members in the same business. Lots of nepotism. Once someone in the company found out that I was a Democrat, unlike almost everyone there, I was ridiculed, berated and called names repeatedly AT WORK. Then, I was terminated with no notice after poor treatment the last several months, stating they were “going another direction.” They kept the Republican Mechanic onboard that they had hired underneath me, despite being a less able and less motivated mechanic.
