It took 6 hours and a phone call to have prescriptions for my 4 month old son sent to the pharmacy, and then the dr who had written instructions for me to give him Benadryl as needed not only left me a message full of excuses as to why they hadn’t sent the prescription but lied and said she has just been thinking out loud and wouldn’t recommend Benadryl. Dr. Goddard at Kuchnir Dermatology is probably the best doctor I have ever had. She is one-of-a-kind! She is truly invested in her patients, always takes the time to listen and always explains things in understandable language. I love my appointments with her!
Rude staff, doctor barely does anything and had no problem sending in $150 of prescriptions that didn’t work and then making me feel worse about my appearance
I had an 11:15 AM appointment and the woman across from me also had an 11:15 appt. We both had been in the waiting room for 1/2 hour when I went to desk to check if I had the correct day. Well we both did and the girl said we were double booked. Double booked on purpose? The receptionist said they did that at times. NEVER HEARD of this ,10 minute appointments are bad enough. I rebooked only because I do like the doctors.
