I thought I had a good working relationship with the team at Kuchenalia, but after several months, they left my kitchen incomplete and closets in a pile of parts. They stopped answering my messages and calls. I paid an independent assembler to install my closets, but there are missing parts that I paid for. My kitchen remains incomplete with several missing panels, doors, shelves, and a mis-measured dishwasher space.
