My husband is on ******** and uses Eye Med vision insurance. I found Eye clinic of Wisconsin in ******************** for his eye exam and glasses. He had an appointment for an eye exam on 4/21/2021. I heard my husband clearly ask for the top of the glasses for his astigmatism for watching TV and bifocal for looking at a computer to the lady walking him down the hallway.
