We visited the Franklin dealership today. Seriously looking to buy a tractor package. We let the associates know we needed assistance. They were hanging out in the office (social distancing), but chose to ignore us for twenty minutes - so we left. Why would you open your business if you are not interested in serving potential buyers? We will purchase our tractor elsewhere.
