I don't often write reviews but my experience with UVT was simply exceptional from the first call through orientation, and loading. The father/son owners and the entire staff were extremely responsive, honest, and genuine. Blake answered my first call and answered all of my questions about the KX040-5 excavator and provided a great OTD price. Shortly after getting my first kubota tractor I go here and walk up to the service counter "hey I need some oil for my m6800" after a quick discussion about its details they grab me a 2.5 gallon jug off the shelf and I'm on my way. I take note of the type of fluid and buy more of that when needed. Recently I go back and say "hey I need some more oil for my m6800 I believe it's aw46" they say that doesn't sound right, after looking it up again sure enough it's not. The whole gang here are top notch! I was disgruntled with my local dealer in Medford I so went up north to umpqua valley. I have since purchased a SVL75-3 and KX080-5. Krys, Blake, Cody, and Tim have all been great from the purchases, questions about the machines and warranty issues. If they don’t have any answer about something, they quickly figure it out and follow back up. They really care which is what makes them elite compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. Thanks guys!
