Krys was an absolute pleasure to work with. She got all paperwork done and stayed in contact to let me know what was going on. This purchase was taken care of so efficiently. Bought a Kubota u27-4. Happy with the sales and service department for making it easy and hassle free. Hope to be back sooner than later.
Winter Kabota service. Claimed on the invoice to have done a long list of services. They clearly did not pressure wash the tractor, the screen for the battery was still caked with mud/dust, so I went after it with a brush at home. It's not huge things, but I didn't stand and watch the service. Shouldn't have to.
I recently purchased a new SVL65-2 Skid Steer from Umpqua Valley Tractor and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Tim and Krys were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made everything super easy. All the staff are very friendly and I will definitely purchase my next piece of equipment from them!
