I have never seen this doctor before but it appears I am am not going to. Dr. Kubika does not like my particular Medicare insurance. My two sleep studies indicated I needed a CPAP machine. My oxygen levels drop significantly at night. I called to ask what the price for an office visit was out of pocket. When I was given the price, I asked about a payment plan and was denied. . Wanted to have sleep study ordered by my primary doctor and to inquire about inspire. I was told to get a sleep study and check back. What lazy approach… Billings, Missoula and other places are much better rated than this place.
Explained my sleep study results and stressed the importance of keeping up with the treatment plan.
Terrible bed side manner. Billing office messed up my bill repeatedly for 2 years now because it's been so long insurance won't pay it and I owe it all.
