The customer service is outstanding. From the administrative staff to the greenhouse workers to the delivery drivers, I have had nothing but friendly and excellent customer service. I have been in business a little over a year and they have been friendly and accomodating each seasonal trip, Quality plants as well!
So apparently you have to own a business to shop here and if you call the will inform you of that fact in the rudest possible manor. I was looking to buy some pointsettas for my green house. I called to see if they were open and to see if I could buy plants in bulk. The women on the phone in the whitest, snobbiest, California voice goes "well you need to own a business to shop here.
