My mom has been using Kubat Respiratory since she was put on oxygen roughly 6 or so years ago. Chris is the person that comes out and helps her and checks her ventilator to make sure everything is working good. He's amazing and always makes sure she has everything she needs even if he has to make an extra trip out to our home.
Chris was amazing! I had been trying to find a company to help get the DME that my husband needed and that would be willing to file the necessary insurance paperwork and Chris was the person who made it happen! I am so grateful for his professionalism and efficiency.
Apparently I didn't pick up my machine fast enough for them so they have it to someone that needed ones like I didn't need it. Thanks it was really appreciated.
