Deceitful and untrustworthy. I scheduled my annual physical, which is always covered by KP, the one thing they actually cover. This year I got billed for it. I've contacted billing and claims four times and they say that if the doctor and I discuss too much about my health, he can change the appointment type to a "doctor's visit" which I then got billed for.
