Dr. Kubal is great really listens to what you have to say and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! Then there are the amazing ladies who assist Dr. Kubal, they are great, From having snacks on holidays for you and just asking how your life is going..I’ve been going there for about a year and won’t go anywhere else now
If I could give this office a anything less than 1 star I would. I first felt odd about going into this place the moment I walked in for my first appointment and it was only one lady patient sitting in the lobby. I've been to this doctors office 2 other times after and there have never been any patients. So I figured out why, because these people that work at this place are rude, inconsiderate and highly disrespectful. I called to find out why I have not been called in for MRI results for my s
Dr. Kubal helped me after many doctors over many years failed. I deal with anxiety and most Dr.s don't want to take the time to understand your problem. He takes his time and genuinely cares about his patients. I was referred by a police officer girlfriend 8 years ago and have received excellent personal care since. My husband is also now a patient. The office staff is friendly and the nurse is as patient and caring as the Doctor.
I like Dr. Kubal, but I do not like his staff. I scheduled an appointment and they made an error. I scheduled for the next week, but whoever scheduled me put me for the same day I called. When I showed up and found out about this, there was no professionalism and no admission of their error. There was no apology, nor the front desk seemed to care. This is unacceptable and sadly, as much as I like Dr. Kubal, I will not be returning to his practice as a result.
Dr. Is great, only problem I've had is that I've been waiting for a week already for his office staff to fax my referral to a specialist.
