I absolutely enjoyed my PCP and I am very impressed with the font desk staff
Their desk Receptionist DeDe does not need to continue working there. There has been a multitude of complaints on her and this office and she is still there. When you call she ask as if she transfers you but places e you on hold for 20+ Minutes until you hang up and have to call back then she doesn’t answer. She has not phone skills not front desk skills. Was referred here by a friend. The resident I was seeing, was not willing to run tests. She had me repeat myself several times, wasn’t sure if she just didn’t understand what the technical term was, or if it was a lost in translation. When tests came back normal, she refused to do any more tests, stated the test that were received from another doctor’s office were going to be ignored entirely, because they do not recognize those results at KU.
