Totally missed my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in 2018. Now I have a high lesion load and severe levels of damage from MS and my latest radiology report even states that it shows a long history of disease. A referral was submitted by my general physician 2/26/25 and they've claimed to not receive it but everytime I've called my general physician, they tell me it was processed by their office 2/26. I've gotten ahold of someone once and they said they didn't have it. I left a message again and never heard back so I called 3 days later and still no record of the referral. Never answer the phone or return calls. Don’t care that it is your life on the line and waiting for a test. Then oh we aren’t going to get you an appointment any time soon. Absolutely terrible
My dad was seen in the ER. Everyone treated him with the utmost respect, from the neurologist to the custodian. Very knowledgeable staff. My dad is feeling so much better today. 5 Stars KU Med!!!
