Went in for labs and no temp check at entrance. Crowded waiting room. Not the level of caution I've seen at other KU clunics.
Dr Paul Brown is the best pediatrician. He is a great listener. He really cares.
45 minutes and still waiting just for drug test.
The pediatric registration desk is so rude and impatient. I will not bring my children here again. It was our first visit and their registration process is different than all other campuses and the registration woman was rude and impatient with my questions. Her tone and eye rolling were not needed and unacceptable. Thankfully I have good insurance that will allow me to switch to another pediatrician outside of KU.

The KU Medwest Ambulatory Surgical center was great. I had surgery there yesterday and everyone was comforting and the pre-op and post-op went as well as it could have. My concerns went away when I got there and met the team helping me.
entire staff has been wonderful with my baby.
Dr. Vincent Key and his care staff took excellent care of my son this week. They provided caring, personable and very knowledgeable care. I can not thank them enough!
