I would not recommend going here... I waited a while to get in..understood everywhere is busy.. I called to get a price estimate...the person I spoke to was very rude speaking to me as i was an inconvenience. That should have been the 1st red flag... I go in for my appointment the front desk staff were rude ... ignoring me... and had a bad attitude the whole time. Like they were mad they had to do their job? You never get to see your actual doctor. They don't listen or address your concerns. I would avoid this place.
After reading previous reviews, I don't know how this GI clinic is still in business. Does someone have to die from negligence before the "specialists" are held accountable? I have had a similar experience. There was no follow up after 2 diagnostic procedures were done in which they found abnormalities requiring a medication. There was no consultation with me about the reason for the medication, why it was prescribed, side effects, how it will help my symptoms and how long I have to take it.
