I am so glad I picked up the phone and called KU.(and if you're wondering, nobody asked me to provide a review) We'd been having weird intermittent outages in part of the house, and I was having a difficult time scheduling with the electrician I'd worked with before. Ulises (apologies if my spelling is off!) answered the phone right away. I explained the issue as best I could. Ulises had just finished another job and was able to head over right away.
