Requires me to pay for a PCP appointment just to get a referral. Horrible practice. As the patient I know my medical needs and should be able to schedule a skin check without a referral.
I've had hidradenitis suppurative for about 25 years and had my first of several deroofing procedures done here by Dr. Morris. She was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job and the nurses, Olivia and Zarahi, were so kind to me. I didn't feel a thing! Thank you so much for taking care of me, I really appreciate it!
The service from front desk and whoever came in before the dermatologist gave it a 1 star but the overall experience with the dermatologist was 1 in total. He ignored the signs of me having a skin condition on my hands and kept telling me to go into a study that comes with radiology or something like that and how I can end up hurting myself from the experiment they'd run to see if the itch goes away. They dont know how to aid people their their trouble and wont acknowledge all troubles your complaining about, as long as one ... read more
Went in for some mole checks. The Dr and assistant railed my facial complexion and I left with some crazy facial prescriptions I did not ask for. The bill came in my mother's name, depsite her not being an approved medical contact and me being well over 18 years old. I HAVE to download their app and upload my insurance for them, even though I am at the counter with a copy of it this place is a JOKE
