Went in for some mole checks. The Dr and assistant railed my facial complexion and I left with some crazy facial prescriptions I did not ask for. The bill came in my mother's name, depsite her not being an approved medical contact and me being well over 18 years old. I HAVE to download their app and upload my insurance for them, even though I am at the counter with a copy of it this place is a JOKE
I could not be happier with chosing KU Dermatology- they were on time, professional and very patient friendly. I would highly recommend them.
I’m a return patient but they told me I had to be scheduled as “new patient” even my mychart shows my Rx and my doctor’s name. They told me the wait was 6+ months and I wasn’t even allowed to schedule an appointment because they didn’t have any. Worst service ever, I’m never returning.
