These guys were very friendly, and walked me through each step of what needed to be done and getting my vehicle registered here in Hawaii, and made the process much easier. I do definitely recommend KT’s!
KT's usual gruff nature has just turned completely rude and disrespectful. After a bad experience on car repair, I used to only go there for inspections. No more though. This time he did the inspection, I paid, but he couldn't be bothered to just give me the sticker because he had to go. Of course I waited a bit to see if he ran out the door, but he just sat at his desk. Will NOT RETURN EVER!
Was experiencing decreased handling and excessive noise coming from the rear of my truck. I went into the office to set up an appointment, however I was told to come back on a different day when they knew they wouldn't be busy. I waited for almost a week to drop it off and explained the issues that I was having. When I returned to pick up the truck I was told that the repairs would be $2000-3000 to replace F/R brakes and suspension. Took me in last minute for an easy safety check. Very grateful!! FYI, it takes DMV 24 hours to register updated safety check, so I'm glad I went straight to DMV to pay for registration instead of Safeway kiosk, otherwise I would have had to pay $15 late fee. Thank you KT auto for speedy safety check!!! Mahalo!!
