Don’t make an appointment if you are on a schedule because they will NOT be working on your nails on time. I’m talking 30 to 40 minutes after your scheduled time. If you book an appointment first thing in the day, they will still be late. I’ve stood outside for 10-15 minutes after my appointment time waiting for the technicians to arrive. This has happened to me too many times so I am taking my business elsewhere.

Been coming for a year and I recommend KT nails. Kelly does the best nail work, Stephanie does great Pedi !

I’ve been here twice now and thought they did a great job on my nails, both mani and pedi. Some staff are more chatty than others, but I don’t mind that as they provide excellent nail service. Their prices are hard to beat for the level of service received ($25 for spa pedi) and the foot massage was well done. I’ll continue to come back for future appointments here.

One lady, Kelly is nice. I didn’t catch the other lady’s name who did my pedicure but she was very rude. I tried to talk to her and she gave me one word answers without looking at me. She completed my pedicure, said nothing and walked away. I had to ask if she was done and the other ladies said I was. She came back to charge me and looked angry. I gave her a tip but I regret it. I would recommend this place if you want to get your nails done well but don’t mind horrible customer service.
