I’m giving this establishment 1 star because they insisted that it was ok ( it wasn’t; and I wasn’t having it) to both give me a pedicure in a tub FULL of WATER) !!! and set a nail dryer atop a padded tray to finish drying my nails! Nooooo I’ve been taught that water and electricity do not mix!! They actually went back and forth with me about this!
Don’t make an appointment if you are on a schedule because they will NOT be working on your nails on time. I’m talking 30 to 40 minutes after your scheduled time. If you book an appointment first thing in the day, they will still be late. I’ve stood outside for 10-15 minutes after my appointment time waiting for the technicians to arrive. This has happened to me too many times so I am taking my business elsewhere.
Been coming for a year and I recommend KT nails. Kelly does the best nail work, Stephanie does great Pedi !
I’ve been here twice now and thought they did a great job on my nails, both mani and pedi. Some staff are more chatty than others, but I don’t mind that as they provide excellent nail service. Their prices are hard to beat for the level of service received ($25 for spa pedi) and the foot massage was well done. I’ll continue to come back for future appointments here.
