I had great service the first three times I went and I thought the price was a bit high, but I was willing to pay it because they seemed to take their time and pay attention to detail. The last two times, however, unfortunately, my experience has not been the same. Of those two times the first time was very rushed, but I took responsibility for that because they closed at 6:30 and unfortunately I couldn’t get there until 5:15 pm. Absolutely wonderful experience. Super clean, calm and nice environment made sure I wad happy with every nail🤩🤩
I’m not proud of this, but I am notoriously difficult when it comes to my nails. My OCD kicks in and I’m always afraid of being “that customer” when I have to point out something that I want adjusted. This was the first time I’ve gone to this place and they were fantastic!! A lot of nail places will do the bare minimum and almost treat you like you’re just a number and part of an assembly line.
