I placed an order on March 20 and was told it was backordered when I called on April 10th. They said it was to come in and be sent out April 20th but still have not received it... MAY 5th. I have tried to call them every day all week now, but NO ANSWER. Had to leave a message. NO RESPONSE. How do you get your money back now???
They do not return calls or answer email. They also DO NOT SHIP WHAT YOU ORDERED. They take your payment and you get NOTHING.
BUYERS BEWARE!! This is by far the worst online retailer I've ever purchased from. I purchased a moto hitch rack with a 1000lb capacity and with less than 500 pounds on it, it bend to almost touching the ground after a recent camping trip. I've emailed this extremely poor excuse for a company 3 times and have left 2 phone messages on their machine over the course of 4 weeks and they refuse to return my call or emails. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Purchased a helmet, didn't receive any confirmation or shipping details; waited a week and still no notifications. Contacted the toll free number to inquire and was informed it would be two to three weeks before shipping...no problem, i understand but that is too far away so i would like to cancel my order. I use my Cargo Carrier every time I take a road trip and it is awsome! Saves a lot of space while on the road. Love It.
