Josh came out to give us an estimate and told us he would have a bid in a few days. A few days past and no estimate. Called his office and left messages. Called again several days later and Josh answered. He said he was working on the bid that day and promised to have the estimate that night. We never heard from him. Even if he had given us an estimate that was competitive or less that others we would never do business with them.
