Vivian does great haircuts, root color, highlights and lowlights. Reasonable prices and quality service. Easy to schedule an appointment and location is great for Foothill Ranch.
Absolutely the best ! Went above and beyond exactly how I wanted it
This was my second time wth them and it was really a great experience. I had a hair color and vivian was really helpful in getting me the desired color without any bleach. It was very quick.
They quote you by length of your hair. It takes the exact same amount of time to cut 2” off as it does 4”. Great way to rip people off if they don’t know the industry.
