Thanks to the CT scan staff at Bulkley Valley regional hospital for taking Jocelyne McLean in after they were closed and also the nurses and doctors at Smithers for their care there. One of the worst triage nurse I dealt with , wish know her name but her arms covered with tattoos, so bad she don’t know how to deal and basic manners how to communicate and talk ! Being a nurse you need to be little polite , when u at work be little gentle with people because you don’t know the patient is dealing with what ! I hope someone taught her job ‘ ugh
The facility was clean, spacious and bright. The staff were kind and compassionate. Professional and great bedside manner. Much Appreciated. Will recommend to my loved ones in the region.
I was very disappointed with the care I received at this hospital. The wait times were excessive, and communication between staff and patients was poor. I understand emergencies can be unpredictable, but there seemed to be a lack of organization and urgency. I hope the administration addresses these concerns to improve patient care. I traveled lots of country but this hospital has the worst service . I’m watching for more then 6 hours to see a doctor
