1. It is real telling to have your hair cut and continue to love the style as it grows out. 2. As a child, I recall having to mentally prepare for the hail salon conversation. All the questions, all the polite answers and then having anxiety over whether my hair would be what I ask for. With Kurstin, we can talk about tv or sit in silence, doesn’t matter. I would never to Christine. I went there for a consultation. She was rude, told me it would be $800, cut off a chunk of my hair, and never got back to me. Not professional.

I got a perm here. I was already feeling really self conscious about with my hair losing its wave and density. Life has been stressful. The staff made rude comments about the smell both times I was there, and I was overcharged when I came back to have it redone after it fell out quite a bit the 1st time. I was only there 1.5 hours and got charged for 2 hours on my second visit. I emailed, and called to check in about the pricing. My stylist never got back to me. I’m never coming back here.
