This was the first contractor who seemed genuinely excited about our mid-size project. He immediately showed us his insurance policy and he ensured everything was inspected and up to code when several other contractors had indicated they would not be involving the inspector. We were very impressed from the beginning. Leo is great contractor with competitive (and accurate to the dollar in our case) estimates, timely, and professional with good communication. His craftsmanship is great, and he was flexible with us as the scope of our project changed. He's now at the top of our list for larger scale projects. Leo, you Rock!
