First of all I have 35 years of trucking experience. I'm a owner operator and navigated this industry to work with companies that have good quality people and appreciate like minded interests. KSM Carriers Group has welcomed me in and I already feel like I'm in a family caliber environment. This by far the best trucking Company I’ve been with for some time now. My recruiter, Zoe, was exceptionally wonderful. She helped with my transition from another company to here go smooth and easy. She was very professional, courteous and delightful. And unlike most recruiters, she check in occasionally to check on my progress with the company. Since my arrival I haven’t been disappointed yet. My fiancé and I have been driving with KSM since July 2025. This is by far the best company to drive for! Everyone from management in Illinois to fleet managers have been outstanding. Our recruiter Stacie is wonderful! Everyone is very respectful of one another and they absolutely respect and take care of their drivers. I would recommend KSM to anyone!
