The cabinets are very well built. We had a mnor problem with then but the follow up from Krista was great and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. It was easy to work with Krista.
I had a bad experience at this location. I came in looking for information regarding corner cabinets and what this brand offers. I made an appointment with Betsy explaining my concern with a full design plan from IKEA to show the measurements and again options for corner cabinets as the priority. Betsy made a copy of my ikea design than emailed me a week later with a cost estimate for a kitchen remodel and $750 design fee. I already gave Betsy the design so why would I pay her to give me the same design? I emailed her my con... read more

We are thrilled to be living with our new kitchen and are very glad that we chose KSI to do the work. Krista and Carl were great to work with. Krista walked us through all stages, making tough decisions much easier for us to make. The installation team did exceptional work. Being a 100-year-old building, there were few walls that actually had studs.
