The team was absolutely fantastic. Quality work, great communication across teams and I trusted them in my home as they treated me and my home with respect and courtesy throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone project big or small.
We are very happy with our experience with KSI and our new kitchen. Our designer, Krista Daily, delivered what we wanted in our new kitchen. She offered us good choices, and always seemed to know what we had in mind. We appreciate her perseverance throughout the project. Also, Carl, Harry and his construction crew (Bob, Adrian, John, and Sam) were great to work with, and provided highly skilled installation with beautiful results.
We were very pleased with Betsy, Carl and all the trades people. They were all friendly, responsive and the professionalism was excellent. Betsy helped us throughout the project with choosing products that fit our vision. When an issue arose, as they do, it was taken care of immediately and we truly appreciated it. I would recommend KSI to anyone that wants a hassle-free experience.
The cabinets are very well built. We had a mnor problem with then but the follow up from Krista was great and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. It was easy to work with Krista.
I had a bad experience at this location. I came in looking for information regarding corner cabinets and what this brand offers. I made an appointment with Betsy explaining my concern with a full design plan from IKEA to show the measurements and again options for corner cabinets as the priority. Betsy made a copy of my ikea design than emailed me a week later with a cost estimate for a kitchen remodel and $750 design fee.
