Their employees throw trash straight out of their window and they can’t even maintain functioning brake lights on their fleet vehicles.

I'll say all insurance companies love using KSI for their dirt cheap prices. But I don't think they realize how low quality and terrible KSI really is. For example: I ordered a Tail lamp from them for a Benz and got Headlamp for a Chevy impala. Of course, these things happen from time to time in a bodyshop world, but after I called and ordered another one, they sent me the same part the next day again just with a different sticker over it.
