This company is absolutely terrible with their deliveries. The lie they are always late. They cancel things, and of course no one tells you it’s been cancelled then when you call over there (IF someone answers the phone) they’re gonna lie to you. If you think LKQ/Keystone is bad…KSI says “Hold my beer, you haven’t even begun to have bad service until you order from us!”
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOLD TIMES.

My team and I worked as delivery contractors with KSI at the Pewaukee, WI location. It was a fantastic experience not only working with the KSI team, but also working with the Shipping Supervisor, Joe Damazyn. He is 100% leader and 0% boss. I have seen him do every job at his shipping station, from solving technical issues to picking up garbage in the warehouse. In other words, he is someone who leads by example. Thank you to Joe Damazyn and the rest of the KSI team for the positive work experience!
