This company is absolutely terrible with their deliveries. The lie they are always late. They cancel things, and of course no one tells you it’s been cancelled then when you call over there (IF someone answers the phone) they’re gonna lie to you. If you think LKQ/Keystone is bad…KSI says “Hold my beer, you haven’t even begun to have bad service until you order from us!”
Very negative experience. I ordered auto parts but only received half of them. The delivery person took full payment and promised to bring the rest the next day. In reality, I had to wait almost a month just to get any response from the office. Eventually, they told me the parts were “out of stock” and they would not deliver the remaining items.
