Visited KSF for many years. Never a problem with Pt referrals. 3 durgeries WRIST, CERVICAL, SPINE, SHOULDER REPLACEMT. ALL DR'S ARE AMAZING.
What a horrible experience I have had. I finally got an appointment and they got me with a had doctor…… he said my knee was fine but I’m always in pain. Finally set another appointment with the actual knee doctor Mr. George and was called the day before saying they don’t take my insurance….. I found this place through my insurance so I called them and they indeed cover this establishment…. So made another and told the lady I just had to use a different card. Horrible Customer Service. Why do all phone calls go to a call center who can't answer or help with anything. Why do I have to continually call, when I was told you would call me... just to make an appointment??? Going elsewhere.
Called to make an appointment early today, as I injured my leg last night at a gym, and was told by my symptoms on the phone I “probably just pulled a muscle” and that they would call me back with an appointment time today or Monday. They did not call me back so I saw a different practice after realizing I got ghosted and confirmed a torn muscle from that appointment. I've been to a few Physical Therapy facilities in the past, but yesterday started at KSF in Springwood Village and my therapist was Richard Alcera! He was so very good that I was actually pleasantly surprised. I just had back surgery and was worried. He was very gentle yet getting the work done. He was very reassuring that this was the way to go! I am happy to have found someone who genuinely cares.
