My wife fell and broke her hip, we rushed to St Luke's emergency room and within hours Dr Kong from KSF had diagnosed the issue and performed a hip replacement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly 3 weeks after the operation she is walking unaided. The follow up visits are at KSF Orthopaedic Center which is in a lovely location, very efficient, get to see the doctor quickly, plus they have all the necessary equipment onsite I highly recommend Dr Kong and KSF Orthopaedic Center

I love the doctors that this office.. But to call in and make appointment, or take care of business with this office. You can never get through. It's been like this for months.. I had to call in for 40 minutes to be able to finally get ahold of someone to try to take care of my issue.. Then I was transferred to someone to make an appointment. And it was just a voicemail.

I experienced a miscommunication with billing. I was shocked when I went in for my first appointment and informed I would have to pay the entire bill upfront which was not was communicated to me when I called to make the appointment.I was very upset when I was made aware of the cost. The office manager did a fantastic job of deescalating the situation and making it right. They were very professional and empathetic to my situation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm so unhappy even giving one star to this business. We scheduled and they gave us the cash price and then they would not accept us, because they said that we could not pay the cash price because we had insurance. We do not have a referral or authorization because we went to the ER. because the cash price. because they didn't want us to pay the cash price. Make sense? No! Communication here is atrocious. I’m not sure if the staff here is just negligent or simply lacks the ability to provide customer service. Getting in contact with someone here is the worst. They simply don’t respond. If you are experiencing pain don’t come here if you are in need of efficient and/or timely care. Staff here seems disconnected from what the idea of caring for a patient is.
