Any communication from this practice is like pulling teeth. My husband needed a referral for PT after his surgery and we called multiple times and went in person to ask for it several times and nothing ever happened. Had to pay out of pocket for PT after the surgery because they couldn’t get the referral in on time, even after asking for it for over a week and following up with them about the request. They don’t answer the DARN PHONE!! Ridiculous to sit on hold 30 + mins to get someone to pick up the phone?!?!? How do you even run an office like this? I just want to cancel my appointment and i can’t even give them the courtesy of that when they don’t pick up the phone!

My wife fell and broke her hip, we rushed to St Luke's emergency room and within hours Dr Kong from KSF had diagnosed the issue and performed a hip replacement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly 3 weeks after the operation she is walking unaided. The follow up visits are at KSF Orthopaedic Center which is in a lovely location, very efficient, get to see the doctor quickly, plus they have all the necessary equipment onsite I highly recommend Dr Kong and KSF Orthopaedic Center

I love the doctors that this office.. But to call in and make appointment, or take care of business with this office. You can never get through. It's been like this for months.. I had to call in for 40 minutes to be able to finally get ahold of someone to try to take care of my issue.. Then I was transferred to someone to make an appointment. And it was just a voicemail.
