Called to make an appointment early today, as I injured my leg last night at a gym, and was told by my symptoms on the phone I “probably just pulled a muscle” and that they would call me back with an appointment time today or Monday. They did not call me back so I saw a different practice after realizing I got ghosted and confirmed a torn muscle from that appointment. I've been to a few Physical Therapy facilities in the past, but yesterday started at KSF in Springwood Village and my therapist was Richard Alcera! He was so very good that I was actually pleasantly surprised. I just had back surgery and was worried. He was very gentle yet getting the work done. He was very reassuring that this was the way to go! I am happy to have found someone who genuinely cares.
Any communication from this practice is like pulling teeth. My husband needed a referral for PT after his surgery and we called multiple times and went in person to ask for it several times and nothing ever happened. Had to pay out of pocket for PT after the surgery because they couldn’t get the referral in on time, even after asking for it for over a week and following up with them about the request. The surgeon also requested for us to get a TENS/EMS unit to help with my husband’s recovery and we waited a week without hear... read more
They don’t answer the DARN PHONE!! Ridiculous to sit on hold 30 + mins to get someone to pick up the phone?!?!? How do you even run an office like this? I just want to cancel my appointment and i can’t even give them the courtesy of that when they don’t pick up the phone!
